Renee Phillipps, Closing Officer
Renee moved to Colorado 12 years ago and immediately fell in love with the nature and sunshine this beautiful state has to offer. She spends her free time hiking or camping with her husband, when she is not cuddled on the couch with her dog.
Renee started working with Preferred Lending Partners in 2017 as an intern and eventually found her way to the closing department. As Closing Officer, she manages the SBA 504 closing process and ensures all loans get the careful attention they deserve. Her favorite part of the day is getting to meet with small business owners and see the successful businesses in action. She is excited to continue to help Preferred Lending Partners grow and help small businesses around Colorado and Arizona.
